The bedroom has a great walk-in closet and floor to ceiling windows. The location is amazing, Scollard and Yonge, essentially Bloor and Yonge, so close to everything. The other two roommates are men and very mature in attitude and considerate. We are looking for a like-minded individual for the third bedroom, guy or girl. We are looking for someone who is serious-minded, focused on school or work or both. We don't socialize in the condo as it would feel too crowded and it being downtown Toronto, socializing is generally done outside. We are also looking for someone for whom cleanliness is important and they're quite organized. Please note: the apartment has A/C and its own washer-dryer and dishwasher.
