| This two bedroom water front cottage is located in the small village of Crow Lake approx 1.5 hrs from downtown Ottawa, 10 minutes from the town of Sharbot Lake, 20 minutes from Westport, 35 minutes from Perth, and 60 minutes from Kingston. This south facing cottage has a stunning view of Crow Lake which is a 5 Km long, deep, spring fed lake and considered one of the best lakes in Ontario for its clean/clear water, excellent swimming, great boating and fishing. Crow Lake has access to Bobs Lake for more waterways to explore. This cottage is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway or a family with small children looking to share an experience of kayaking, canoeing, boating, campfires, or just relaxing. The following weeks are still available to rent for 2024: June 22nd, 29th, July 6th, 13th, 20th, Aug 17th, 24th. This two bedroom cottage has: >........first bedroom with a queen bed >........second bedroom with a double bed >........capacity: maximum of 2-3 adults or a couple with up to 2 younger children >........dock space available for 1 boat >........fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, utensils) + barbecue (propane supplied) + 200+ feet of sand bottom waterfront (about half of shoreline is sand beach) with shallow entry + we allow a smaller breed dog to join you for your stay + we are environmentally friendly so recycling is encouraged + fire pit (wood not supplied but can be purchased locally) + cottage is clean, recently renovated, and well maintained + cottagers are to supply their own linens (sheets, pillows, towels, toiletries, etc. ) + available for use are the docks, 4 kayaks, 1 canoe Check-in time is after 3 pm and Check-out time is before 11 am Rentals are by the week (Saturday to Saturday) Weekly rate is $950.00 per week plus HST A $250.00 deposit is due at booking to reserve the cottage and final payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival Refund Policy: Redeemable if the unit is re-rented, less a $50.00 service fee * entire swimming area is shallow entry and sand bottom |
