| Welcome to our cozy house on Lampman Cres just a five minute drive to Brock University or a 15 minute bus ride (5 minute walk to the bus stop). Pen Center is also a 5 minute drive/15 minute bus ride away. We have one room available for rent starting September 1st. The bedroom, with an egress window is in the basement (picture shows brown walls however room has been painted white). There a bathroom in the basement with a shower. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is shared by all students. There is a second fridge in the basement. Main floor living/dining room, basement rec room, and laundry room are shared spaces in the home. There is a small backyard and side yard with a shed and picnic table. Parking for two cars in the driveway and free street parking. Must like cats! Current tenants are Brock students currently in 2nd or 3rd year. Rent includes wifi and all utilities. The room is available September 1st on an 8 month lease and rent is $650/month. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Contact me today to get a tour of the house and the room!
