| Beautiful vacation Muskoka waterfront cottage We are accepting reservations for 2024 season. Please contact for price and availability Our four season cottage accommodates 8-10 persons. Cottage located 20 min South-East of Parry Sound, outside town 1 hour 50 minutes Highway drive from GTA . Property includes 3.5 acres of wooded flat land and 570 feet of waterfront and located on a chain of three lakes providing more than 15 miles of boating, fishing and snowmobile trails right from the cottage. The cottage is 1700 sq feet with propane furnace and ceiling fans in rooms, fully furnished with a modern look, big family room with propane fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen, including stove, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water cooler for drinking water, laundry with washer and dryer. Four bedrooms have queen size beds and large wardrobes for clothing. Extra four cots are available. There are three washrooms: Two full bathrooms, one with a shower, another with Jacuzzi and one 2 piece washroom, water filtration and UV system. Large deck with propane BBQ and outdoor furniture. Huge play area: trampoline, swing and 18' pool for kids, shallow waterfront 570ft long with a stone and sand, some weeds and bushes, 3' depth at the end of the dock, fire pit, Gazebo, chairs and a picnic table. There is a canoe, life jackets, we also could rent our 14' boat with 9.9 motor or 18' pontoon boat with 40hp motor, (if you have a Pleasure Craft Operator Card) or bring your own, there is room on the sides of the dock to park a boat.
