This unit is suitable for female students, studying at Centennial college morning side campus or UTSC, who want specious room and clean premises. We also want only female students who can keep the premises clean enough. ADDITIONAL: A/C, Heat, unlimited high-speed internet, utilities are included. PARKING: Negotiable. CLEANING: Mainly tenants’ responsibility but wash rooms and kitchen will be cleaned by professional cleaner once a month.
