| Brucesters Roost! 10 minute walk to Port Elgin's main beach and about the same to the downtown. Perfectly central location. A unique offering for a beautiful little place in Saugeen Shores! Normally we use this property for short term nightly rentals for the summer months (as is so common in Saugeen Shores) but since having two small children and life getting exponentially busier - we are offering our place for one year term to the right tenant. This property is most suitable long term for a single person or couple, perhaps with a small child. As mentioned below - there are additional sleeping quarters in the bunkie for visitors during the warmer months. After having a terrible experience with our most recent renter, we will be strict on • requiring references • last months rent will be collected to hold the place, first months rent will be required before move in • a cleaning deposit will be necessary and returned if house is cleaned and looked after upon proper inspection when tenant moves out Our property is unique in that it has an outdoor bunkie that is suitable to sleep 4 during the warmer months - during the winter months we generally use it for storage. Up to you how you use it! The property is fully furnished (outdoor furniture available for your use as well when the season comes) - linens etc. can also be provided. We don't currently offer the use of the hot tub but that can be arranged for the right tenant. Snow removal + lawn care are not included.
