| Two rooms for rent starting May 1st, 2024. Each room comes with its own washroom, parking spot, high-speed internet access, and utilities. The rooms share kitchen, and laundry (located on the upper floor). The two rooms will also share the common lounge, located on the lower level. There is a third roommate, our long term tenant, who has exclusive use of the lounge and deck on the upper level of the house. This tenant also has a cat; any further pets on premises must be collectively approved of by current tenant and landlord. Upper floor rental is $750/month. Lower floor room rental is $700/month.
