| Hi everybody, My wife and I are looking for two LGBTQ+ friendly females in their late 20’s/early 30’s to join our vibrant, cozy home. We are a queer married couple in our late 20s. Jinian volunteers with Artspace while pursuing her bachelors degree at Trent, and Sunayana will be getting a job in GIS. We love movie nights, games, and the occasional get-together with friends. The house: On the main floor, there is a master bedroom (occupied by ourselves), a bathroom, two living rooms, and a large kitchen/dining area. Your room will be on the second floor, which contains a second bathroom, another bedroom, and an office/guest room for me and my wife. There is a closet for this room located just outside the bedroom door. The house is furnished but the bedrooms aren't. We also have a large backyard with a shed. There is laundry in basement as well as a trunk freezer and extra fidge, there is one parking space available. The house has AC and is close to downtown and bus routes. We have two friendly cats, and unfortunately cannot take any more pets at this time. The room is available for May 2024, and the rent is $625 all Inlcusive. We’re looking for mature students, masters students or young professionals who are tidy and down to participate in cleaning shared spaces. We are a smoke-free home, but 4:20 outside is ok.
