Hi there! I am a very friendly, quiet, responsible, clean and polite 47 year old female with a one bedroom apartment looking for a friendly, quiet, responsible,clean and polite female to share my apartment. It is a very nice apartment in a good area near Jackson Park. Quiet building. Bus stop is at the end of the driveway. Parking is available for $15 above ground and $25 underground (if there are any spots available). On site laundry, work out room, sauna, party room and recycling room. Garbage shoot at the end of the hall. Superintendent is fantastic!   $300 per month if you want to use the pull out couch in the living room as your bed or $500 per month if you would like to have the bedroom. You will need to share closet and dresser space with me. Bedding is provided. You can watch the t.v. in the livingroom and you will have full use of the kitchen. You will need to have a cell phone as I do not have a land line. You will also need your own computer. Please buy your own groceries and toiletries or we can discuss splitting on groceries. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC!!!!!!! This is a very quiet seniors building! You may smoke cigarettes on the balcony. ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR DRUG PARAPHANALIA! No pets allowed. Must like cats as I have one but she does not get along with other animals. References required. Must be employed or a serious post secondary student. Serious inquiries only please.
