Would consider double occupancy (1000/month) if both mature adults are employed FT. Includes wifi, heat, hydro, parking, laundry, shared bath and kitchen. We are a mature couple with no children or pets. We both work full-time and are actively involved in our community. House is currently under renovations and will be finished by the middle of May of this year Accepting applications now and will be posting pictures soon. No smoking indoors, no pets unless it's a goldfish :) |
