| We are accepting applications for single occupancy. We do not offer shared rooms. As a guest house we offer short term accommodation for the travelling public who have come to Parry Sound for work, study, vacation. Do you require a short term economical room rental as alternative to a motel while in Parry Sound? Guest house has sparkling clean furnished room in lovely area of town. Please connect and we will provide an application/agreement for review. Be prepared to deposit full first/last month fee to hold a room. Quiet, welcoming and secure, sparkling clean. Single occupancy. Wifi, parking, furnishings, bedding included. Kitchenette for light food preparation. No smoking/vaping/cannabis, or pet fish. One block to beach, downtown, train and fitness trail. $1050 per month single occupancy only - Minimum 3 MONTH rental at this price point. First and last required at time of booking. $1500 is offered for one or two month booking fully payable in advance. $150 one time exit clean fee charged on arrival. We also offer nightly rates if required at $125 to $150 per night with 3 night minimum. This offering is not permanent housing and is exempt from Section 5 of the Residential Tenancies Act, similar to a bed and breakfast or rental for travelling public.
