| Looking to sublet my room for the summer from May 1st to August 31 (I can work on a earlier move in day if needed) The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and has a pretty big closet and the washroom is shared with 1 other person. The common space will also be furnished with a tv couch and dinning table as well! It comes with a parking spot as well at no additional cost! There is also a washer and dryer in the unit as well! It is right beside st Laurent mall and ou train(10 min walk). There are bus stops at the end of the street which brings you everywhere! The place does have AC so no need to worry about being too hot in the summer! The room is $865 ALL INCLUSIVE no other costs on top of rent!!! Message me if you are interested or have any questions! |
