Please note it also comes with your own very large storage room as well so no need to stuff everything into your room. Move in would be April 1st onward, If interested please reach out to set up a date to come and take a look. Things to note / a little about us: - About us: We are two 25 year old females, professionals, We work alot. - This is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome, its a very nice fairly large home in a quiet and very nice upscale neighbourhood - The living room/kitchen/dining is all open concept (it would be shared and is filled with my furniture/appliances) You just have to furnish your room. - I have a XL size dog (a friendly dane) and 2 cats so you must be okay with pets hanging out in the shared spaces - We have fast internet - Will require first & last. I only require month to month, no signing a year long lease, etc. |
