I found a place that I want to rent on hall rd in Waverly And am looking for someone interested in splitting it with me. The back yard goes right into lake thomas great for swimming fishing or launching a canoe. it's a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom good size living room kitchen and dining room. Extra storage one level down. Water is included other utilities would be shared. It comes with a nice deck and a good sized side yard as well. It's very quite and beautiful nature spot. But still close to the city. Now a little about me. I'm employed full time Monday to Friday 7-4 and the occasional evening or weekend maybe once every 5 months.
