Both bedrooms overlook the back yard and the fields, with the best sunsets you’ve ever witnessed! PLEASE NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS WILL BE PERMITTED. This is non negotiable! We are respecting municipal bylaws laws and the safety of our own pets and others. We are three adults living here two males and one female (myself) I work remotely and am one of the primary caretakers for the property, I also do all the cooking and groceries which can be included for an extra cost Both bedrooms are currently fully furnished as seen in the pictures. However, Feel free to furnish with your own furniture if preferred! Rent includes: high speed internet, (Starlink) Utilities Parking available 420 friendly, however, No smoking of any kind inside the house, (permitted outside only) Shared common spaces (kitchen/living room/dining room/bathroom/laundry room) 3 min to the 401 5 min to Morrisburg 7 min to Williamsburg 20 min to Winchester 30 min to Cornwall We have 12 acres of land A massive deck set up for chill space, taking in those sunsets, entertaining and BBQing We also have a large fire pit *AGAIN: ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS ACCEPTED* THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE *Currently we have chickens, ducks, barn cats and 3 dogs One of our dogs can be reactive towards other dogs outside her pack. She is also a hunter, therefore cats are small game to her• Both bedrooms currently available for Immediate Occupancy or April 15th If choosing the 15th, you will be responsible to pay $375 upon move in, then the full rent of $750 on May 1st for the next month.
