| Hello, I have a room for rent in my 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom rental unit. Laundry is in basement and included in price. All utilities included. Most likely will be getting a cleaner biweekly as well. One parking spot on driveway included. Tons of storage available. Use of peloton bike included. Access to a 3D printer as well, cause why not? Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Room can fit queen sized bed. Currently furnished with a wall mounted TV, bed/frame/headboard, one night stand, and has a narrow TV entertainment unit waiting to be installed. Must be pet friendly as I have a small dog and incredibly friendly cat. I am the only occupant of the rental. I am a 30s male healthcare worker who works from home during the week and am away most weekends. I also sometimes am gone for months for work, so I want to find a great fit for the house. This is a sublet that the landlord is aware of. LGBT+ friendly. |
