| LOOKING FOR A FEMALE ROOMMATE! – Huron or UWO undergrad student preferred Rent: $800/month, all utilities included except for wifi Lease term: May 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025 We are 4 Huron students currently in 2nd year looking to fill the 5th spot in our all-girl house for the upcoming lease term. We are all super friendly, respectful, and not super rowdy. We’re academically focused but still like to have fun. We’re always down to watch movies, have a good chat, or cry to a new Taylor Swift album together. The place is about an 8 minute drive, 20 minute bus, or 35 minute walk to Huron campus... and an even shorter distance to Richmond Row! We are close to the Oxford and Wharncliffe intersection and are also walking distance to a grocery store and a pharmacy. Our street is nice and quiet, we don’t get a ton of noise from the neighbours. We have a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, two fridges, in-unit laundry, heat, and 2.5 bathrooms. Only thing we don’t have is air conditioning. The bedroom available for rent is on the basement floor. It has a big window and is spacious enough to fit a double or queen size bed nicely. You would share a bathroom with one other person. The place is a 3-floor townhouse. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom in the basement, the main floor has a half bath as well as the kitchen and living room, and the top floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. We find that we have the perfect amount of space for 5 girls to live comfortably together. One of our roommates also has a cat.
