| hello i am looking to sublet my room to a right candidate, it is in a nice house on sunningdale road just on the outskirts of london, near hyde park area north london. preferablly looking for a student, or international professionals. ( april-may sublet) someone who is very clean, trusting and i will be able to trust in my home. i will be working monday-friday in another city, most likely will have to get another lease in said city, so this situation would have to be benficial for both of us. room is furnished, need i,d proof,etc house is also being shared by other tenants here including children, so no smoking drugs and pets are not permitted, thank you, and god bless. |
