This is a very quiet building with several senior citizens and we must keep the noise down. ( I am a mature full-time student at Fanshawe and I run a business from home, so a quiet environment is very important to me) This is an excellent room for a Fanshawe or Western Student who is doing classes through the summer. Persons on ODSP will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The room has a Bed, Desk, and Dresser. You supply your bedding, pillows, and towels. The room has a good-sized closet and a fan. Only a 20-minute walk to Fanshawe College Main Campus. and a very short walk to the #2 bus which goes directly to Western University. Only a 2-minute walk to Kiwanis Park. **Amenities** -The kitchen has a stove, microwave, and air fryer, for your use as well as all the dishes and pots & pans -Wireless Internet included!! -Laundry room on site and clothesline as well. -Backyard -Parking Spot if needed **Building Rules** No smoking, toking, or vaping inside the building Clean up after yourself No window air conditioners allowed - if you get a floor model that vents out the window you will have a $25 increase in rent to cover the additional hydro cost. No room sharing *Building is LGBTQ+ friendly *I will not rent the room out sight unseen, I must meet you first, and ask a few questions.
