| My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate for June 1st to August 31st 2024! We're clean and orderly people and would like someone who shares the same values! Water is included in the rent but we do pay Hydro and WiFi bills (which are less than $40 usually). The apartment is on the main floor of a bungalow, and we have basement neighbours. The house is spacious and located in a quiet neighbourhood close to grocery stores with a nice park nearby. You'll have a furnished private room and share the living room and bathroom with us.
