The fellow tenants are friendly (typically mature students or people making the next step), and we put effort into getting to know people to make sure we create a best home atmosphere possible. All rooms come furnished, and we have all appliances including washer & dryer. Leases are available for 12-month terms, although shorter leases are negotiable. Utilities & internet are split among tenants. It is a scent-friendly home (so we don't use perfumes or clean with toxic chemicals). We have plenty of yard space especially given the location.
