A quiet stay by the Rice Lake outdoor & indoor patio - perfect for a small family, a couple, or an individual looking for a peaceful getaway. Please understand that as our cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we would not be able to host any parties or large gatherings. Two bedrooms are each fitted with a queen bed & wardrobes. Our living room is equipped with a Smart TV with access to Youtube, Netflix, and Prime videos. We also have an electric piano which you are more than welcomed to play. We have a fully-functioning kitchen with a fridge, stove, toaster, silverwares, pots & pans. bathroom that includes a shower, sink, and a toilet. A laundry washer & dryer are also available in-unit and are free of charge to use. Other amenities we have include: - Outdoor & indoor patio - private firepit with firewood available on site. Our cottage is equipped with a septic system, and we try to be careful about putting anything down the sinks or toilet other than toilet papers (etc. grease, fats, oils, etc).
