Hello Everyone I am currently renting this room on a 8 month lease (4 months left on the lease). I no longer need the room as I've gotten a job in toronto and it does not make sense to live in Hamilton any longer. The room is steps away from Mohawk College (literally 1 house away from the College), it's an excellent choice for the winter semester. There is also a bus stop conveniently located within the college which services multiple areas of Hamilton, the college has multiple restaurants within it and a Gym. The house is a single floor bungalow and only has 5 rooms. There is 1 bathroom in the house and 1 kitchen which is shared by the other roommates. The room is in excellent condition, and has a Large windows that almost covers the entire width of the wall, it let's in lots of sunshine. The room is also carpeted which makes it more comfortable in the winter (in my opinion). There is a large closet within the room also. I would also be able to furnish the room with a bed (no frame), Table and chair for an extra $70-90. The rent will be $425, first and last is expected.
