| Cottage for rent - Saturday August 10th to Saturday August 17th. This beautiful 3 bedroom cottage is available the week of August 10-17. Summer weekly rate for this 3 bedroom cottage - $1,850.00 + tax. (Max occupancy is 6). Boat rental also available. All cottages come equipped with an air conditioner and a propane fireplace. Owners are on-site so if there are any issues we are there to deal with it immediately. We are a pet free resort. Summer Amenities: canoe, kayaks, stand up paddle board, 2 water trampolines with a running log between them and a 12' Rocker for the kids. Great family vacation. We cater to our families in July & August. We have over 19 acres and over 500 feet of water frontage on the south shore of Lake Nipissing in the channel to Callander Bay. We are a mere 3 hours from Toronto and just 10 minutes south of North Bay with all the amenities of a large city.
