| Room for rent in a cozy four-bedroom townhouse. Great location !!! Facing Montreal Road and Blair. Within a five-minute walk to Metro, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, and more. Quick access to buses 12 and 24 right outside the door. Very convenient for students attending La Cité or UOttawa looking for an affordable place while studying, or professionals looking to alleviate the high cost of the city. We are two women in their early 30s, both working professionals who lead busy lives seeking a respectful student and/or working professional to join our home. I am currently renting a large private room in the basement with all utilities included. Seeking first and last month's rent upfront. We are 420-friendly, but no smoking or vaping is allowed in the house. Don't worry though, we have a cute backyard and covered front porch to do so (as shown in pictures). If you are not an animal lover or have allergies, you might not be a good candidate as we have many loving animals.
