| I have a room that I want to sublet from May-August 2024. I'm flexible with dates. You can start later. You can also stay longer if you need to, you would just have to talk to the landlord. There are two other roommates - both women and both are doing their co-op at the Honda Plant. Only looking for a female, ideally student or working professional. It's a beautiful, upscale 5-bedroom house, fully furnished, with a backyard and patio. Internet and utilities is shared amongst the tenants. The landlord looks after the snow and grass. There are 3 bathrooms in total in the house. 1 Roommate has her own bathroom, so you and another roommate will be sharing the other two bathrooms. Laundry is in the house. The house has central A/C and heating. Parking is free. I park inside the garage in the winter and on the driveway in the summer, and you can do the same.
