The other 2 rooms are currently occupied by male working professionals in their 20s who recently graduated from Master of Finance. I am looking for a roommate to take over 4 months of my lease from May to August, who would have the option to continue renting for the next lease term if they choose to do so. This house is very peaceful and located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, with a wonderful and accommodating landlord. The landlord expects the house to be maintained well, and prefers applicants that are quiet, peaceful, clean, mature and responsible. There is another family living in the basement (separate entrance). - Lease takeover term - May 1st, 2024 to August 31st 2024. - Lease term (if you choose to continue): 1 year (September 1, 2024 - August 31 , 2025) - Rent: $922.5 for the lease take over term, **the rent will increase by the legal limit (2.5%) after August 31st**. Rent includes all utilities, laundry wifi and parking. - The room will be unfinished. This room does not have an AC, but you are allowed to install a portable one.
