Also included are linens and pillows, 2 night tables, a 9-drawer dresser, wall mirror, and fireplace with flatscreen TV. A wicker love-seat complements the sitting area. And a small fridge will keep your drinks/snacks nice and cold. The private, ensuite bathroom, includes, of course, a full bath/shower. This is a pet-free, and smoke-free home. Share, with only 1 person, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (includes two fridges, all appliances, dishes, pots and pans); a loft area (living room) with fireplace and TV; and an additional bathroom with washer and dryer. Come summer, you will have access to a beautiful backyard with decks, ponds, BBQ and patio furniture. Parking, if required, is available at no charge. There is also ample on-street parking. We are located near a lake, parks, walking paths, and all necessary shops and services.
