| Are you a serious student or young(ish) working professional looking for a very large bright room with closet, partially furnished, parking and all inclusive? We are a working professional couple - wanting to share our large beautiful home (over 6500 sq ft) with other working professionals or College/UNIVERSITY Student. We offer a friendly welcoming environment, in almost like a live on your own but family kind of setting. You have full use of the house, and can have visitors over. It’s an easy going and great place to live, ask our tenants. You would be sharing the home with 4 other boarders. The house is sometimes very quiet, sometimes fun, our boarders have been with us for a while and we all come and go as we please. There is lots of room to roam arounds. You would share: • large kitchen full use, you don’t even need to bring dishes • living room with pool table • main floor laundry facilities • bathroom with only 2 others and occasional guests • parking space & plug-in if needed • shared fridge & freezer, cupboard space • full use of beautiful back yard Close to all amenities, including parks, lake and walking trails. Tavern is 10 minutes’ walk away. We also operate a yoga studio & wellness centre business within our home (basement), and you are welcome to join us for classes anytime (it's an option of living here). Only 8 minutes to North Bay, 20 to hospital, 20/25 to college. We are not on a bus route, but may be able to arrange shared travel I you are a non-smoker, no pets (cat allergies), we have 2 dogs, sometimes 3 they are very loving.
