Five to 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to St. Lawrence College and all amenities are within walking distance (groceries, restaurants and shopping). Rooms fit a single – double bed and desk. First and last month rent required and on a 10 month contract (September – June). Room are $640 - $660) per month. (Currently have 2 rooms garenteed for rent) Features: • Free WiFi • Utilities (gas, hydro, water) included • Air Conditioned • Smoke detectors installed in every room and common areas • Washer and dryer in basement (must provide own soaps HE required) • Common dinning, kitchen, and living room fully equipped/ furnished (must provide own plates, cups, and utensils) • Extra Freezer located downstairs • Large backyard No smoking and no pets Please note: We are looking for a student who is quiet and respectful of other roommates preferably female. |
