| Hi there, I am looking to rent out a single room in a house located in a nice quiet neighborhood in Bowmanville. The rental is all inclusive (includes utilities). I am flexible on the start and end-date, however, I'm generally looking to start the rental in either March, or April. We are looking to rent out the room for the short term; either a 1-month or 2-month stay. The room has a walkout to a patio and backyard. The rental also comes with unlimited internet, and a standup desk (which is handy if you work from home). The room also includes a 43" Samsung 4K smart TV. You will have access to Prime Video and Netflix. The room also includes a pretty spacious closet. The bed is brand new and includes an option to electronically lift the head of the bed, which is nice for watching TV. The rental also comes with a shared kitchen, shared laundry, and one parking space.
