This is a large room (20'x14') on the end of my house that has been upgraded recently to have it's own private entrance, plus kitchenette area, new air exchanger unit, and new insulation, new floor, walls, windows, etc, so it's almost a full bachelor-style apartment, but you still have to share a bathroom and the full kitchen, if you want to use the stove & fridge. However, it's fully self-contained enough that you have your own private living space to stay in. The room is large enough that the extra space can be used for storage or as a study or dining space, as there is already a table that can be used for eating or as a computer desk, etc. and you can then use the main part as your living room. Fully furnished and ready to move in. Just bring your clothes!
