| Looking for a roommate to fill one bedroom in a two-bedroom ground-floor apartment in Halifax. The room is available immediately and moving dates can be negotiated. The unit has six rooms, with fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer and air-exchange unit. The $1100 asking price covers rent, heat, hot water, power and Bell Fibre Op internet. Parking would need to be discussed as I currently use the space allocated to the unit. Cats and small dogs are allowed. The bedroom currently has a dresser left by the precious tenant that is also available and a desk that I have the internet router on, which can be used by the new tenant. I am a woman in her 30s who works a full-time job from home in the afternoons and evenings. I also have a side project creating content on Twitch. I am not asking for much in a roommate. As long as you clean up after yourself, are punctual with the rent payments and believe that LGBTQ people have the same rights as everyone else, we will get along just fine. I would prefer to rent with another woman, but I am willing to accept anyone that I feel would be a good fit.
