Perfect for single occupants (no couples please) who enjoy small living spaces. This private bright suite is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Cole Harbour and is minutes from Sobey’s, Canadian Tire, Shoppers, NSLC. There is an express bus that runs right from the house directly to downtown Dartmouth and downtown Halifax. It's considered a "basement", but it's a walk in, so the private front entrance is at street level. If you love the outdoors, then look no further! The house is a 6-minute drive to Rainbow Haven beach, 3 minutes to the Salt Marsh trail/Cole Harbour Heritage trails, 4 minutes to Bissett Lake (a perfect lake for a paddler!) and 12 minutes to Lawrencetown (for surf lovers). Monthly rent includes: - All utilities (heat, hot water, electricity) – soon to be installed heat pump in your space! - High speed internet - Large washer and dryer in unit (not shared – all yours!) - Street parking with parking ban space during winter months - HUGE front deck (shared). Great for gardening, bbqing or just hanging out. As this suite is in my home, it's important that I get along well with my tenant and that we are a good fit. I am looking for a quiet, clean, working professional who is a non-smoker and is friendly. I will consider one pet if they are not loud or destructive. There is no stove, but a very large counter oven/air fryer and two electric countertop burners (see photos). I am a working professional woman who lives with my dog upstairs. I love the outdoors and am often out hiking/biking/paddleboarding/biking.
