| One roommate is wanted to share furnished two-bedroom Sunridge apartment (3rd-floor from basement) of Northview in Ennis Ave. The valid time is from now to Jan. 31, 2025. The apartment is a furnished house of two individual bedrooms, with shared one bathroom, one kitchen room (with a desk and some chairs), one sitting-room. Utilities are ready such as heater, fridge, Stove, oven, Wi-Fi inside room, and laundry (washer and drier) closely in the basement of the building, close bus stops (routine 2 (to MUN), 3, 9), and so on. The rent is CAD 600/month, plus shared utility fee (electric power, and internet fee (if used)). Some requirements: 1) Registration form is required to submit to apartment office for approvement. 2) Tenant’s insurance is required. 3) CAD 300 damage deposit is required. 4) Agreement will be signed between two roommates. |
