| I am looking for a room/ house share situation max can pay is 700.oo all inclusive ( expect food ) In the St. John’s east end area prefer but would consider all offers , I am a easy going , non drinker , non smoker ,mature 56yrs old female , I work in the health care field , I am quite ( loner by nature ) I work a lot so not home all the time but when I am i just want a place that is peaceful and warm to relax, I love animals ( have no pets of my ) dogs are my favourite and if you have pets I would treat them like my own ( would even walk your dog) would like a reasonably large room don’t need it furnished, and some storage available for winter tires and a couple of bins of personal items , if you would like to know more please message and let’s talk |
