| We are looking for a roommate. The basement room is open. Downfalls is, it has the washer and dryer in it... so we would have to make a laundry schedule or text or something to arrange laundry times! So looking for someone that's okay with this first of all. There are two dogs here and we are not allowed any more pets. Sorry, landlords rules, not ours. Any possible roommate will be asked to meet the dogs on neutral territory first to ensure a good start with them before coming to the house. Rent is $600 until September. Rent goes up in September so it'll be $700 then. This includes everything... internet, heat and lights, power, TV. I have a video of the house and room.
