| Hello, my name is Kim! Me and my partner Jess are seeking either a rental or roommates for a September 1 move-in. About us: we're a nerdy, quiet couple into art, video games, TTRPG and just chilling out! We're in our late 20s, early 30s and would be seeking roommates around the same age. We're expecting to get a dog so roommates would have to be comfortable with a dog around! (Don't worry, we'll do all the duties surrounding our pet, you would just enjoy free dog time! :> ). It is ok if you have a pet but probably easier if not (but that's something we can discuss). Places we're interested in: our budget is $1200 all included preferably (for our half) however we're willing to go up to $1400 for the right place! We aren't too picky just that it is close to UNB (where I will be a student), is dog friendly and has parking for our 1 car! Preferably will have 1 bedroom just for us. If you're wanting to be roommates, we'd get to know each other a bit and we can search for a place together if its a good fit!
