| I (male) am looking for a (male/female) roommate/housemate to share a 2-bedroom apartment at 7 Evergreen Place apartment. (I already live here, planning to renew the lease! with a new roommate) I am a quiet and respectful grad student at UofM, and I would like the new roommate to share similar values. (Preferably a Student or a professional) I would be living in the slightly bigger bedroom and paying $800 a month, and the roommate would live in the other bedroom paying $740 a month. (There's a $400 deposit) (Heat, Electricity, and Water are included) (You can live in the other room and pay $800 if you'd like, or we can change rooms after 6 months and pay half the rent) - WIFI is shared with approx. $30 a month. The house is mostly unfurnished, but I will be buying a couple of things such as a new dining table (that you can use), and you can buy my bed frame and mattress (clean) if you want to reduce your expenses. So it will be semi-furnished. - Kitchen includes fridge, oven, and dishwasher - Shared house supplies to reduce costs - Move-in date July 1st, 2024 or later (The deadline for signing the contract is April 28th) - Lease ends on June 30th, 2025 with the option of extension - Underground/Surface parking available ($120 / $80) - Free access to gym, swimming pool, yoga studio and billiards room - Card-operated laundry shared on every floor - Storage is in the unit - No pets - No smoking in the unit - 4 minutes walk to lines 16/18/60 - 13 minutes walk to Osborne Station (Blue, 47, 65, 66) - Close to Safeway, Drugstore, various bars, coffee shops, and restaurants For more info or to set up a time to see the unit, send a message and please include your full name and a brief message/description.
