Basically a decent & friendly person I can team up with. Preferably male, even though I’d consider female as well. no couples pls About the apartment: Located at 940 Chancellor estates. Walking distance to several stores. The unit is on the main floor. Building is not pet friendly. The room is spacious with a large living room. There’s also an outdoor area, for barbecue or whatever. The entire unit is UNFURNISHED. Very close to blue bus,676 & 693. About 3 mins walk to Pembina hwy(bus 60). About 8 mins to bus 47,75, 78. Me: I’m(M23) an international student originally from East Africa attending UoM, science 2nd year. I enjoy soccer, running, movies, walks much more. I enjoy convos too but I’m overall introverted. Move-in is May 1. Rent is $675 inclusive gas & water. The rent will increase to $735 from August. Reason being this apartment is on a sublease until that date.
