I have a bedroom that will be available for Oct 1/15. we are located at 35 Agassiz Dr. which is about a 15 min walk to the Uof M or 1 min walk to a bus route with a 2-5 min ride into the campus. The rent is $450/month all utilities included except food and the rooms are fully furnish also. The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house (with a house alarm), there are 3 students that will be there, as well as myself and my wife so total 5. It is very quiet and clean as we don't allow drinking, drugs or smoking in the house, we do have 1 dog a lab/collie mix. The shared rooms are the kitchen, dining room , living room, bathroom, and laundry room, my wife and I have the basement for most part so as to not make noise when we come home from work. |
