| Hello everyone, I have 1 bedroom available in a shared living space located on Feltham Rd near Lambrick Park starting May 1st 2024. We are looking for an ideal candidate who is clean, quiet, respectful, and responsible. Male tenants are preferred as the bathroom will be shared with 2 other male tenants. Rental Unit: The room is located downstairs in a 6 bedroom house. You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 other tenants. The property has a backyard, deck, and a pool table that can be enjoyed between all of the tenants. There is a parking space available if needed. Room: The room comes furnished with a twin size bed, desk, and a small closet/drawer space to store your clothes. (photos in the ad). House atmosphere: The group that you will be living with consists of daytime workers and students who are looking for someone who shares a similar schedule. The house is typically quiet and calm. The group of tenants are all quite independent and busy. They aim to keep things consistently clean and tidy as it is a shared space. Rental Cost & Availability: ● The room is $750 per month + wifi + utilities + hydro. ● Available starting May 1st 2024 with the option to extend Conditions: No pets allowed. No drugs. No smoking inside the home.
