| Hi :) I'm looking to sublet 1 room from May 1- August 31. If you need, there is a possibility for you to move in late April upon request. Female tenant applications only please! Fully furnished room in a 4 bed, 1 bath house. The rent is $900/month, which will include utilities, wifi, shared laundry, etc. The room is very spacious and has lots of storage, is newly painted, and includes a queen bed, desk, dresser, shoe rack, full length mirror and a huuuge closet. All you’ll need to bring is bedding (even that could be negotiated). The house is a two minute walk away from bus stops 39 and 28 (straight to UVic or downtown, respectively) and 5 minutes from the 12 stop (also to UVic). UVic is a 7 minute drive and Tuscany Village Shopping Centre is less than a 5 minute drive from the house, and has a grocery store, liquor store, drug store, Popeyes, and more. There is a small driveway with space for a vehicle if needed! The house is fully furnished and has a washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, and 2 fridges, as well as other kitchen appliances. And there are lots (I mean LOTS) of plants. You would be living with 3 other girls. 2 of the girls go to UVic and the other works full time. They are all sweethearts and I’ll miss them very much.
