Hey! I'm a 22 year old, professional, working, male who has recently graduated Uvic. I am looking for a Male or Female roommate, who doesn't smoke or do drugs, to move into my 2 bedroom apartment September 1st. My Current roommate is, unfortunately, moving away and I really want to keep the place because of its affordable price and wonderful location. I am outgoing and mainly use my apartment for down time, so I keep the place tidy and quiet. When I want to have fun, which is pretty often, I'll go outside - Cook Street Village and Beacon Hill park is a 10 minute walk away, Downtown is also only a 10 minute walk away, so there is always tons do outside - and then its nice to come back to the apartment for some chill-out time, Netflix, boardgames etc. Also, pretty much any bus you would want to catch is less than a 10 minute walk and being so close to downtown they are all very frequent. I'm open to either a senior undergrad, a post-secondary student, or a young professional. My main criteria is that we get along. I'm pretty laid back, but will let you know if something is up. Passive aggressive notes and messages just aren't my scene. I'm pretty much interested in anything, whether it is sports, exercise, boardgames, movies, grabbing a beer, or shooting some pool. I am very pro-actively looking for a roommate so the room is going to the first awesome person that checks the place out and wants to move in! |
