There is a large kitchen and dining room/living room area that is shared between the roommates. The house is located in gorden head. It’s a 5 min walk to the #12 bus to Uvic and a 8 min drive to UVIC. The wifi is $22.42 per month and utilities are approximately $40-50 per month charged every 3-4 months. There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher in the unit that is shared between the roommates. Possibility for a parking space if requested. The sublet is for May 1st - August 31st. You may move in earlier upon approval of date. There is a bed, dresser, couch, bedside table and lamp provided but bedding and towels aren't included. |
