You would be living with myself (female who works from home for government full time), my 15 year old daughter, and 1 male international student (17 years old) from Korea. He will be graduating from high school in June. The 39 bus is nearby which can be taken to camosun/uvic. Walking distance to Nest Cafe, VGH, Eagle Creek Village (Starbucks, quality foods, etc). No parties, no vaping, no drugs, no pets.
