Downstairs space in house, mainly sharing with one other person (female), another person upstairs, though all common spaces are shared. Near the local’s Spiral Cafe and Frye’s bakery, grocery, and services. Quiet safe neighborhood and very clean and cozy home. Basement entrance and downstairs kitchen and bathroom with 2 sinks and storage spaces - No oven but if you want to make cookies come upstairs - also there are enough appliances to cook everything else- an air fryer, hot plate, micro, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Fridge, utensils, dishes. Furnished, free parking right next to the house. Like to garden? Big back yard. Trees and birds, 3 blocks to both the Gorge and harbour, and 2 bike trails. You can cycle to downtown, UVic or to Sydney. We have a dog who stays upstairs. For one person. No pets or smoking. Please message if interested. |
