Bedroom for rent is unfurnished, situated within a spacious 2 bedroom, full bathroom shared suite with 1 other single occupant. The suite is located in the Saanich and Glanford area. Approx. 5 min. drive or 20 min. bus to Camosun College. Along convenient bus routes and exchange. $975/month, with all utilities included: hydro, WiFi, heat, air conditioning, and in-suite laundry. Separate entrance, driveway parking for one vehicle, full bathroom, furnished living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, covered outdoor area, and spacious backyard. The bedroom for rent is not furnished; you will have to provide your own furnishings. It's decently sized at 145² ft. Sorry no smoking, no pets. Half month deposit upon signing agreement, the other half rent due on move in day. You'd be living with me, no other roommates. The owners live upstairs. They're quiet, but also friendly and always willing to help :) About me: 34 y/o full-time working male, friendly, respectful, tidy, and organized. I enjoy hosting bi-weekly movie and board game nights with friends, socializing and occasionally cooking with roommates in the past. Not a loud social/party house with people rolling through all the time. The occasional friend or two to play a game or watch a movie. Past roommates have become friends through the small hangouts, it's setup best for those who enjoy movies and games vs. strictly keeping to themselves.
