Hi! I am a 31 year old guy, looking for an awesome house mate to rent my spacious living room. I am a non smoker, very clean and a respectful person looking the same). I travel around the world a lot, very active; I spend most of my time at the gym and at the swimming pool (Vancouver aquatic Centre) after work and on my days off. Rent is $650 all inclusive ( Internet, hydro and cable ) There's a laundry at the basement of the building. Great price for the location, space of the apartment and you only have to live with one awesome house mate! (of course I'm talking about myself! lol) What I am looking for is someone who has a FULL TIME job and or a full time STUDENT.
