| Iso lot rental or rental property with space for a 38ft trailer. We are a small family of 3 with a well behaved dog and cat. Employed, easy going and respectful tenants, just looking for an affordable spot to call home. Our budget is up to 1500$ per month depending on what is available. Must be within reasonable distance to Vernon. Would need 50 amp service for the trailer if it's only a lot. Would also be interested in a suite or cabin or something similar if there was space to park the trailer as well then I wouldn't need to have it hooked up. Would be willing to help out with work on property for rent discount. I have construction and farm experience and can run some equipment and my wife likes to garden.
